Sign Up for a Missions Trip

We take several missions trips annually to various parts of the world. Each of these trips has a limited number of available slots on the team. We execute a simple application process in order to best construct these teams. If you are a follower of Jesus and desire to be considered for the team of an upcoming missions trip, please start the process by filling out the form.

Please be transparent and honest. We are prayerful about every single team member chosen for each trip. The best way for us to get to know you is through truth and vulnerability. Your information is kept confidential.

In order to be considered, (1.) you must submit this application and (2.) have your pastor email lilacmissions@gmail.com recommending you for this missions trip.
